Andrew is CEO and co-founder of 3Space. He manages all of 3Space’s activities and plays a key advisory role. He has advised Barclays on how to more efficiently use their property, as well as Central Government as part of Space for Growth initiative, along with several local authorities in relation to high streets and town centres. Andrew is also a qualified Urban Planner and before 3Space worked in policy, infrastructure and regeneration for several London boroughs, HCA, and the London Development Agency. He also holds an MBA with a major in entrepreneurship, and is a Fellow of the RSA. He is a board member for the Brixton BID. He has co-written a white paper on the difficulties of landlord consent and opt-out clauses and spoken at conferences on topics from real estate to policy to innovation.

Henry escaped a career in financial services to found 3Space with Andrew and Harry, after seeing first hand the difficulties that organisations faced in using empty space. Henry is a qualified accountant, but can now be found trend-watching across the globe. In 2016 - GQ magazine included Henry in their list of 100 most connected men in Britain.

Harry is COO and co-founder of 3Space. He is responsible for overseeing the operation of the property portfolio and has overseen 45 projects across the UK totalling 625,000 sq ft across workspace, retail, banks and schools. As well as the day to day operations Harry leads on the set up and fit-out of new sites and oversees many of the tenant and partner relationships. In addition to the operational aspects of his role he has also written a range of tenders, evaluation reports, strategy documents and business cases and works with Andrew on analysing and responding to new opportunities. Prior to 3Space he worked in galleries in London and Paris and co-founded an arts organisation Specs Gallery CIC that put on exhibitions in vacant commercial space. Harry has a BA from the University of Leeds in French and History of Art and an MA in Museums, Galleries and The Creative Economies from Kingston University.

Matt Scaysbrook
Co - Community Manager
Matt is our Co - Community Manager. He shares this role with Lois. He also our resident plant whisperer. When not in 3Space, Matt can be found mooching around London's parks and markets or attempting to locate somewhere remote to pitch his tent.
Lois Stevenson
Co - Community Manager
Lois is our Co - Community Manager. Lois also manages the social media at 3Space. She is an artist and filmmaker who loves capturing and showcasing the stories, connections and happenings within our building. Outside of 3Space, Lois works as a freelance film director and is part of South London based T A P E Collective. The Collective curate programmes and events platforming under-served films and championing films of women and non-binary filmmakers both behind and in front of the camera.
